At Brainsearch Consulting Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. With a strong background in customer support for software/hardware, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in customer support and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology. Additionally, they should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work with current software design principles and concepts.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in SFTP, basic PHP scripting, LDAP, and SAML. The ability to handle a heavy workload with multiple cases and frequent interruptions is essential, as is the capacity to work in a changing environment with shifting priorities.

In this role, you will work closely with our product team to report bugs and provide feedback on product releases. Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will enable you to troubleshoot and communicate timelines for resolutions effectively.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately ₹12,00,000, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat

  • Troubleshoot and communicate timelines for resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements:
