  • Monitoring bid management to guarantee seamless integration with organization needs and optimizing tender performance.
  • Detailed analysis and comprehension of tenders and related documents, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Able to analyze financial statements and reports, providing insightful recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis including reviewing tender-wise profitability and cost reports, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to internal financial controls related to tender business, preventing any form of misconduct or malpractice.
  • Accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Vendor registration/compliance for third-party vendors, guaranteeing secure and efficient transactions.
