Tendering Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage and coordinate online tender submissions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor relevant online portals for new tender opportunities, identifying potential projects that align with the company's goals.
  • Analyze tender documents and evaluate eligibility criteria to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations related to government procurement.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in accordance with tender requirements, utilizing strong knowledge of government procurement procedures and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and certifications, maintaining accurate records of all tender submissions and outcomes.
  • Track tender status, follow up on submissions, and handle post-bid documentation to ensure timely and efficient processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline, with a minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in online tendering, specifically on the GEM Portal.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement procedures and documentation, as well as proficiency in MS Office and tender submission tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
