Junior Tender Engineer Position

Job Summary:

This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for tender engineering, offering the opportunity to develop skills and expertise in preparing documents, managing client relationships, and coordinating projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit online or offline tenders for various government departments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare documents according to tender requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients regarding tenders, works, and project progress.
  • Visit clients' offices for meetings, documentation, and billing purposes.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Arrange tender fees, EMDs, and final tender documents for submission.
  • Configure PCs for successful tender submissions and coordinate with agencies and purchasers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in tender engineering with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using PC configurations for tender submissions.
  • Basic knowledge of document preparation and record-keeping.
