We are seeking an accomplished professional with experience in the GeM Portal to join our organization as a Tender Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can collect and prepare documents necessary for tender submissions, ensuring they meet client requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical and financial proposals, coordinating with internal teams to gather relevant information, and analyzing tender specifications to ensure compliance.

Additionally, you will be required to submit completed tenders before deadlines, follow up with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely submission and receipt of bids, track ongoing and upcoming tenders, and maintain a database of tender opportunities, deadlines, and requirements.

Requirements
