Bid Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end bid process from tender preparation to project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tenders for Oil and Gas, Energy sectors.
  • Manage all aspects of the bid process including technical write-ups, cost estimation, subcontracting, JVs, consortium, client liaisoning, and project management.
  • Identify relevant tenders through various resources and conduct market research.
  • Prepare pre-qualification documents, EOI, BIDS, attend pre-bid meetings, and maintain professional relations with clients.
  • Coordinate with execution teams, manage bid compliance (accounts, legal, FICO, etc.), and liaise with external parties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in bidding/tendering; overall 10-15 years of experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability, good writing and calculation skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
