Job Profile

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Credit Manager to oversee our Zonal operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide critical inputs for credit strategy formulation and risk management.
  • Lead teams in successful credit process execution, establishing effective procedures and service standards.
  • Cultivate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with proven abilities in training, relationship building, and planning.
  • Operate advanced suite systems, handling loan profile cases for Large NBFC loans.
  • Analyze applicant financial status and evaluate creditworthiness for LAP loan files.
  • Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications, assessing client financial situations through business place visits.
  • Manage the entire Credit & Backend process at the Zonal level, training resources on Credit, Operations, and Sales documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in providing critical inputs for credit strategies.
  • Adept leadership in managing and leading teams for running successful Credit process operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in training and development, relationship management, and strategic planning.
