Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our collections function for the Farm portfolio across assigned zones. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies to minimize delinquency and optimize recovery performance.

  • The selected individual will monitor and track collections through a team of Area/Regional Collection Managers, ensuring achievement of zonal targets.
  • They must ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical collection practices.
  • The candidate will analyze portfolio performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics to recommend process improvements.
  • Responsibilities also include driving field collections activities including recovery from overdue accounts through effective customer interaction.
  • The successful candidate will liaise with legal, operations, and credit teams for resolution of complex cases.
  • Additionally, they will recruit, train, and motivate the zonal collections team, ensuring high productivity and adherence to process.
  • Finally, the individual will manage relationships with external collection agencies/vendors and monitor their performance.
