Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to contribute to the success of our sales strategy and operations. This role is designed for experienced professionals who can translate complex business inputs into executive-ready reports and presentations.

  • Develop high-quality executive-level presentations for customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Consolidate and analyze customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Prepare timely and accurate weekly/quarterly business reports by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA preferred (Engineering or Technical background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Mandatory B2B Sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
