Job Description

We are seeking a Project Lead - Livelihood Specialist to spearhead our livelihood initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing project activities, enhancing technical quality, and developing implementation plans and budgets. Additionally, they will support project teams in achieving defined objectives and targets, issue relevant directives and guidelines, and proactively identify operational challenges and coordinate timely solutions with the project team.

The Project Lead - Livelihood Specialist will also be responsible for developing knowledge management products, promoting reflective practices, and collaborating closely with the broader team and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Social Work/Sciences or related fields, along with minimum 5 years of experience managing livelihood or income generation programs in the social sector. Experience in social business development is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strategic, decisive, and action-oriented approach. Results-driven individuals with a strong sense of accountability are preferred.
