Job Summary
Director - Director Engineering - Internal Platforms

Focuses on leading engineering teams in the development and delivery of software solutions. Involves implementing Agile and DevOps practices ensuring robust cloud infrastructure and driving program management initiatives. The role requires collaboration with with cross-functional teams to align engineering goals with business objectives and foster a culture of innovation. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to developers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the application of engineering principles and practices across projects
  • Lead the planning and execution of learning platform development projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Oversee the integration of DevOps concepts into project workflows to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic direction for hybrid work models optimizing team performance and resource allocation.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.

Qualifications
