Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation programs. This role assumes overall delivery responsibility for the project/program.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions that align with business requirements.
  2. Participate in technical discussions and position trade-offs for client stakeholders.
  3. Present/explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Work closely with stakeholders to define project plans, key performance indicators (KRAs), and processes.
  5. Communicate project status and structure across teams and departments.
  6. Ensure projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
  7. Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  8. Manage day-to-day progress of projects, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  9. Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  11. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop/adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.

Required Skills:

  1. Expertise in managing the full project management life cycle for implementing complex IT and business initiatives.
  2. Deep experience in understanding functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solutions are delivered.
  3. Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  4. Proven ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Understanding/experience executing projects in multiple areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management is an advantage.
  6. Understanding of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Security standards.
  7. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management skills.
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
  10. Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
