Job Title: Fitness Coach - Strength and Conditioning

We are seeking a skilled and experienced fitness coach to join our team as a strength and conditioning coach.

About the Job:
  • As a strength and conditioning coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for employees participating in corporate wellness and performance programs.
  • You will work closely with our head coach to implement training blocks for stability, strength, and power.
  • Your primary focus will be on assisting and occasionally leading strength and conditioning sessions with proper form and technique.
  • In addition to your coaching responsibilities, you will also conduct daily member consultations and maintain training logs to track member progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in exercise science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training
  • Ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes
  • Team-player mindset
