Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct video calls with potential clients, guiding them on their journey to mental wellness.
  • Manage a schedule to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.
  • Complete daily tasks every day from Monday to Saturday.
  • Be available to communicate through digital channels from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily.
  • Establish trust and empathy with potential clients through meaningful conversations.
  • Ensure honesty and integrity in engaging only clients who are a good fit.
  • Lead prospects to the best decision for their mental wellness.
  • Stay aware of your performance metrics.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and activities within our system.
