**Job Opportunity:** Lead Specialist- Proposal Specialist

This role offers the chance to support a dynamic Sales Enablement team in Gurugram. As a hybrid position, you will work from home and spend at least three days a week in the office.

As a Proposal Specialist, your primary focus will be providing high-quality proposals for a US-based business unit. You will independently manage the production of RFP responses, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

A strong candidate will possess experience managing drafts independently for US-based stakeholders, delivering high-value drafts and demonstrating a deep understanding of the RFP life cycle.

The ideal candidate should hold a postgraduate/graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics and have 5-8 years of experience in a pre-sales/bid management environment.

Some essential skills and qualifications include:

Experience in managing drafts independently for US-based stakeholders

Demonstrating a strong understanding of the RFP life cycle
