
Head of Inorganic Growth

This is a leadership opportunity to spearhead the company's inorganic growth strategy, identifying and executing strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in leading M&A functions, preferably in manufacturing or automotive. They will be responsible for developing and executing the company's inorganic growth strategy, proactively identifying opportunities that enhance technological capability, market access, or operational leverage.
The role requires strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investment banks, consultants, legal advisors, and target companies. The executive will also lead end-to-end transaction processes, including financial modeling, commercial due diligence, business case development, and synergy analysis.
