Sales Director Opportunity

Build and lead a high-performing sales team of 3–5 members, achieving ₹5–8 Cr in new client billing within the first year. Establish 10–12 new enterprise client accounts in priority sectors, increase wallet share in at least 50% of existing key accounts, and implement a robust CRM & sales reporting system for visibility and forecasting.

Job Description
  • Design, lead, and scale our sales engine, creating strategic account expansion opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the organization, aligning with business objectives and ensuring seamless integration across functions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXO/HR Head network across industries, fostering trust and repeat business.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and close deals, demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Mentor and lead a sales team, driving performance culture through clear KPIs, weekly reviews, and coaching.
  • Align team incentives with company growth goals, promoting a culture of entrepreneurship, collaboration, and growth.
Requirements
  • 10–15 years of B2B Sales experience (recruitment, staffing, HR solutions strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts (₹50L+ per year).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
  • Open to working full-time on-site in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai.
