Job Title: Design Strategist

This is a key role that requires an individual with exceptional creative and technical skills to lead the design process from concept to delivery. As a Design Strategist, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective solutions that meet our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should be able to assess client needs, develop and implement design concepts, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design concepts based on client needs and project goals
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and meeting project deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana and Trello
  • Knowledge of civil works and services, including specifications and installation details
  • Ability to drive sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches
