Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital agency and tech business vertical. As the face of our organization, you will own and drive revenue growth through end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue generation across creative, media, and digital marketing services.
  • Own the new business pipeline and drive deals with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and tech leads to co-create solutions.

Leadership Role:

  • Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve target alignment and consistent follow-ups.
  • Work closely with business heads to shape revenue forecasts, GTM strategies, and productized service bundles.

Requirements:

  • Strong track record of winning mid-to-large deals in BFSI, Auto, Retail, FMCG, and Consumer Tech verticals.
  • Excellent pitch craft and ability to command a room, tell a story, and close deals.
  • A sharp understanding of digital agency service lines and comfort with tech discussions.
  • Hustler mindset: proactive pipeline building, hands-on selling, and target-driven.
