Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Leader to drive business growth and optimize revenue delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing innovative strategies, executing complex processes, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve revenue collection and business delivery.
  • Establish efficient A/R processes and devise data-driven strategies to enhance collections.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management and KPI standards to optimize insurance collection.
  • Understand the various downstream revenue cycle functions, including payment posting, AR follow-up/denial management, and patient billing.
  • Recognize the unique characteristics of different provider specialties and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ensure that business performance meets client and company benchmarks.
  • Develop leadership capabilities and business acumen of team members, driving full and well-rounded competency.
  • Execute organizational policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Lead with experience managing 5-10 teams.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Perform annual performance reviews/appraisals and create weekly reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint for internal management and clients.
  • Apply strong people management skills to create win-win situations.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture.
  • Maintain strong Employee Retention capabilities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process and in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Currently working as an Associate Director or have at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager.
  • Managed a team of 150+ members.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including organizing and managing human resources to attain goals.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
