We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Talent Sourcer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interviewer Sourcing: Utilize job boards and other professional platforms to identify potential interviewers. Build and maintain a talent pool of interviewers across various industries and roles.
  2. Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate Interviewer's fit for specific roles. Shortlist based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential Interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups. Track and report sourcing activities and results.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities. Provide support in scheduling interviews and managing communications.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics. Suggest strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A computer science or coding degree is required, and familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri, Indeed, etc. is preferred. Previous exposure to recruitment or HR operations is also a plus.
