Lead Finance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to spearhead our financial operations and drive strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Function Oversight: Lead the end-to-end accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Closing of Books: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Income Tax.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Strategic Decision Making: Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.
  • Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts & finance team.
