**Creative Leader Wanted**

We are seeking a skilled Art Director to drive the visual direction of our campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic design approaches that meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers and artists to ensure high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and develop design briefs.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts that drive results.
  • Present work confidently to stakeholders and internally within the organization.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in Design with Advertising agency experience.
  • Extremely proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop, with additional software skills a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coach and be coached.
  • A well-curated work portfolio showcasing your creative vision.
