The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering creative and execution strategies across shoots and AI projects, working with clients to understand their brand needs and transforming them into innovative solutions.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for a talented and proactive individual to join our team as an Associate Creative Director. You will be responsible for taking client briefs, understanding the brand, and developing creative strategies that meet their goals.

You will work across various formats, including fashion campaign shoots, AI-powered visuals, catalogues, social media creatives, films, and post-production workflows.

Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in creative roles within fashion, lifestyle, or content production
  • Strong ability to understand client goals and objectives
  • Skilled in photoshoots, video shoots, concept development, and integrating AI tools
  • Leadership qualities – proactive, solution-driven, and a team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
