Job Title: Assistant Director - Audit Compliance

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits of members and internal departments to ensure adherence to security and control guidelines.
  • Create awareness amongst members on mandatory compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Prepare and verify inspection reports, checklists, and submission of data to relevant authorities.
  • Visit authorized persons of members to ensure compliance with regulations.

About the Role:

The Assistant Director - Audit Compliance will be responsible for ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with established procedures and policies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Chartered Accountant / Cost and Works Accountant (CMA) qualification.
  • 5-8 years of total experience with 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferably in broking/exchange/financial institution operation.
  • Proven expertise in audit procedures.
