Financial Collections Expert Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive collections specialist to support our financial team in achieving timely collection of receivables, maintaining accurate records, and driving overall financial health.

This critical role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounts receivable ledger, generating and sending invoices to clients, following up on overdue payments via various communication channels, reconciling customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, and providing regular updates to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients/customers.
  • Follow up on overdue payments via email and other communication channels.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and collections.
  • Assist with month-end closing and audit processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
