BIM Coordinator MEP

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with extensive experience in digital delivery and integration of projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM protocols and Execution Plans, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the overall use of BIM for projects.
  • Develop and implement BIM Workflow, protocols, and standards within the team.
  • Analyse and implement BIM Client Requirements and Execution Plans for BIM deliverables.
  • Communicate best practices and workflows to the team.
  • Provide technical support for BIM-related queries.
  • Liaise with Specialists, Modelers, and Leads.
  • Manage Revit project production and contents, including Standard Library objects.
  • Create families and possess expertise in modelling.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models and lead a team of CAD/Revit Modelers.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards for shop drawings.
  • Use Navisworks tools for review, QC, and documentation.
  • Conduct QA/QC before deliverables and provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience in using Navis for Coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of services.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
