Digital Project Manager Job Description

This role focuses on day-to-day project coordination and smooth operation for email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a high level of organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Performing QA testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients, matches the client submission, and is error-free
  • Securing approval of emails and addressing any edits needed
  • Scheduling emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Guiding clients on account protocols and clearly answering questions
  • Processing and uploading distribution lists
  • Pulling metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and sharing reports with clients

The Senior Digital Project Manager will also support other projects, such as developing education related to client training on email marketing, tracking team performance, and recommending new tools and approaches to improve client campaigns.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not required)
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, specifically at an agency
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in a geographically distributed team
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and availability to support US East Coast business hours
  • Advanced English level
  • Experience in working in an onsite/offshore delivery model is highly preferred
