Lead Digital Transformation with Expertise

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation programs. This position assumes overall delivery responsibility for the project/program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders to ensure optimal solution alignment with business requirements.
  • Participate in technical discussions, positioning technical trade-offs to client stakeholders.
  • Present and explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Define project plan, KRAs, and process with project stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status and structure across departments.
  • Ensure projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
  • Identify potential problems and suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of projects, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  • Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
  • Act as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solution delivery.
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to explain highly technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding/experience executing projects in two or more areas will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards, etc.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
