Job Summary

As a Concept Manager, you will be responsible for leading creative projects and developing visually engaging stories for client brands. You will work closely with project teams to identify trends, provide recommendations, and drive the design process forward.

You will maintain a strong command of visual design principles and ensure that all concepts are tailored to meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will work with various stakeholders, including client partners, traffic managers, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
\
  • Audit brand visual language against competitors, identifying trends and providing recommendations.
  • Lead creative projects in collaboration with project teams, driving the design process forward.
  • Create engaging stories through static and motion design concepts for client brands.
  • Work with client partners, traffic manager, and senior leadership on estimating, resource planning, and project milestone development.
  • Maintain a strong command of visual design principles, ensuring consistency across typography, color, composition, and imagery.
