Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to design engaging graphics and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Design:
    • Design visually striking graphics for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
    • Develop creative concepts and design layouts, infographics, promotional banners, and other visual content that aligns with branding strategies.
    • Ensure all designs are on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for various platforms.
  • Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
    • Edit and produce high-quality videos for diverse digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
    • Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and user engagement.
    • Work on video projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring that all videos meet brand guidelines and objectives.
    • Design and animate short-form videos, explainer videos, and video ads.
    • Enhance video content with sound design, voiceovers, and music, ensuring audio-visual harmony.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Work closely with the creative team, content managers, and marketing team to understand project requirements and develop compelling visual concepts.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for creative campaigns.
    • Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine designs and videos, ensuring the final product aligns with project goals.

    Qualifications:
    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, motion graphics, visual arts, or related field.
    • 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and video editing tools.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing/motion graphics work.
    • Solid understanding of video formats, resolutions, and optimization for various platforms (social media, YouTube, etc.).
    • An excellent eye for design, motion graphics, storytelling, and branding.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
