Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and designing stunning event visuals that align with client visions and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design stunning event visuals that align with client visions and brand identity.
  • Develop both print and digital assets including invitations, backdrops, branding elements, social media creatives, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, production, and client servicing teams to ensure design excellence and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and enforce design consistency across all creative assets.
  • Lead junior designers, manage timelines, and maintain strong follow-ups on all tasks.
  • Stay updated with design trends, especially in the wedding and luxury event space.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional design experience; experience in the wedding/events industry preferred.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or other animation tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work with brand aesthetics and design guidelines, while conveying emotion and storytelling through visuals.
  • Sound knowledge of design principles, print production processes, and digital formats.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with speed and precision.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and spatial design.
  • Experience managing junior designers or interns; ability to guide, motivate, and lead a team.
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring no detail is missed.
