Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage our design studio.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions
  • Manage end-to-end design process – from concept development, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, to final execution
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Communicate design intent clearly to clients and handle client presentations
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to build a strong design culture within the company
  • Oversight of multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools)
  • Proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects
  • Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
