We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who embodies creativity, innovation, and a passion for design. This individual will be responsible for developing the visual language and design output across multiple brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative solutions for print, digital, outdoor, films, and other formats to effectively communicate brand messages.
  • Lead the conceptualisation and execution of high-quality creatives that align with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to crack compelling ideas that meet marketing objectives.
  • Mentor junior designers and visualisers to deliver exceptional work that meets client expectations.
  • Review creative work to ensure it meets high standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Present ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills to effectively manage projects and teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation, not just design.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
