Job Title: SAP Project Manager

As a seasoned project professional, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle for high-priority and strategically important projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Requirements:
  • 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Extensive experience working with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business strategy.

Required skills include project management expertise, leadership skills, stakeholder engagement, budget management, risk resolution, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with project management tools.
