Senior Project Coordinator

As a senior project coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring that project objectives are met. Your role will involve implementing an effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects, managing multiple projects from design to construction stage, and fostering teamwork among project stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and budget adherence;
  • Coordinate with MEP services and manage relationships with vendors and business partners;
  • Monitor and control changes/variations, and ensure projects are completed within budgets and schedules;
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and the organization;
  • Support in negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners;

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills;
  • Quick problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the building construction industry;
  • Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
