Business Development Director Job Summary
Destm Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our US Market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating revenues and achieving targets in the US Staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers in the US Market.
- Articulate Destm Technologies' technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customers' technical and business requirements.
- Gather information about clients' requirements and develop templates to assist in sales efforts.
- Manage leads, take regular follow-ups, and set up meetings to ensure timely and accurate management information.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles from the US Staffing industry.
- Strong track record of generating revenues and achieving targets in the US Market.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working in MNC's and direct client contacts in the US Market.
