Business Development Director Job Summary

Destm Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our US Market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating revenues and achieving targets in the US Staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers in the US Market.
  • Articulate Destm Technologies' technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customers' technical and business requirements.
  • Gather information about clients' requirements and develop templates to assist in sales efforts.
  • Manage leads, take regular follow-ups, and set up meetings to ensure timely and accurate management information.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles from the US Staffing industry.
  • Strong track record of generating revenues and achieving targets in the US Market.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working in MNC's and direct client contacts in the US Market.
