Transformation Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Director to drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives at Bunge. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing large-scale transformation programs and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize business initiatives
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and ownership
• Lead non-IT transition projects for Bunge's North America, Europe, and Asia regions
• Support solution design and due-diligence efforts for large transformation programs
• Mentor and guide new team members on Bunge's transition and transformation methodology

Key Performance Indicators

• Transformation drive and report on process improvement and solution design assessment implementation roadmap planning
• Transition management, including the transition of select work from various Bunge locations to BBS centers as per agreed timelines
• People management and talent development, including effectively training new team members on Bunge's transition and transformation methodology

Requirements

• University graduate in a related field, such as economics or accounting and finance
• Experience in process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and/or processes reengineering
