  1. Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchisee network
  2. Identify and on-board new franchisees
  3. Negotiate and complete franchisee documentation and agreements
  4. Monitor and analyze franchisee performance
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

  1. Graduate/MBA in Sales and Marketing with 2-3 years of experience in franchisee acquisition
  2. Excellent communication and networking skills
  3. Ability to sell concepts and business vision
