Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with educational institutions within the Podar network to ensure standardized processes are followed and operations run smoothly.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing management reports using certified MIS, aiding strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate seamless operational processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all operational activities, maintaining comprehensive records for audit and review purposes.
  • Support administrative functions including scheduling, planning, and organizing meetings and events, ensuring efficient workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certified MIS (Mandatory skill) is required to efficiently manage and analyze complex datasets using Management Information Systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to interpret and manipulate large datasets, recognizing trends and patterns essential for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying information and fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation and filing skills to ensure all operational processes are recorded accurately and comprehensively for future reference.
Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
