We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and colleagues alike, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage office operations, including procurement, inventory, and facilities management.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities.
- Maintain accurate records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate company travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems (physical & digital).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of office budgeting and vendor negotiations.
- Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
