Job Description

This role involves creating territory sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives, building contacts with potential clients to generate new business opportunities, and maintaining an updated database of prospective clients.

The ideal candidate should have experience in selling heavy machinery in the Indian market, excellent negotiation and communication skills, sound technical knowledge, and leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Analyse regional market trends and identify new opportunities for growth

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing the annual budget for their area of responsibility and suggesting innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline + MBA in Marketing or relevant field
  • Minimum 1-13 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
