Job Title: Senior Legal Professional

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented and able to independently manage a wide range of legal responsibilities. They will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing applications and filings, representing the company in proceedings and coordinating with senior advocates and external legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and vet contracts, agreements, affidavits and applications.
  • Handle compliance-related work across corporate, real estate and regulatory matters.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings and government offices when required.
  • Prepare and file applications, petitions and responses with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain organized legal records and case files.
  • Coordinate with senior advocates, external counsel and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters.
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws/regulations and keep management updated.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to management on various transactions and disputes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
  • 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred).
  • Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws and commercial law.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with senior lawyers.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently.
