Job Title: Legal Advisor (In-House)

About the Role

We seek an experienced Legal Advisor to handle all legal and compliance matters for our business. This role entails drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications. It also involves handling compliance-related work across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and approve contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Manage compliance-related work including corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices as required.
  • Prepare and file applications, petitions, and responses with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
  • 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred).
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws, and commercial law.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with senior lawyers.
