Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead business development initiatives for our IT asset disposition services. As a key member of our team, you will drive growth, expand the customer base, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT asset disposal vertical, including industries such as corporate IT departments, government, education, healthcare, etc.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer base.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities for service differentiation.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide consultative support to clients, offering tailored ITAD solutions that meet their unique business, security, and environmental needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Market and Industry Expertise:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, regulations, and technologies in the IT asset disposal and recycling industry, including data security, environmental laws, and industry certifications.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company, expand the network, and stay informed of market developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA from a top-tier business school
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within IT asset management, ITAD, or related industries
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
