Market Analysis Trainer and Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our NeoTrader team. This role will be responsible for delivering training sessions, workshops, and online webinars to educate users on the features and strategies of our software.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on NeoTrader software, focusing on its technical analysis tools and trading strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and provide tailored training sessions that highlight the benefits of our software.
- Create and maintain high-quality training materials, including user guides, manuals, and video content.
- Provide active support during live market sessions, assisting clients with real-time data analysis and strategy implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in Training and Development, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of technical analysis and trading strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
