Proposal Development Role

This position offers the opportunity to support proposal development and lead the creation of high-quality responses for business opportunities.

  • Review requests for proposals (RFPs) and other client materials to ensure complete understanding of scope and requirements
  • Create a proposal template aligned with client needs and company standards
  • Collaborate with a project manager to prepare competitive proposals and RFP/RFI responses
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in the business, its service offerings, and strategic priorities
  • Finalize reviews of draft proposals
  • Support the development of templates and processes to measure proposal success
  • Manage content activities, including collecting and updating content for the proposal database
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field would be beneficial
  • 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales or bid management environments
  • Experience working in bid teams within professional services
