Job Title: Pre-Sales Associate

Location: India

Job Description:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive bid strategies, engaging with cross-functional teams to define solution scope, assess feasibility, and ensure proposal alignment with client needs.
    • Collaborate with sales, delivery, solution architects, SMEs, and product managers to refine solutions, evaluate viability, and guarantee proposal coherence with client requirements.
      • Coordinate and monitor bid activities, including daily progress updates, task assignments, meeting minutes preparation, and deliverable tracking.
        • Promote timely, high-quality submission of bid responses by consolidating inputs from legal, finance, and technical teams.
          • Participate in client interactions (remote/on-site) to gather requirements, address queries, and facilitate proposal discussions.
            • Sustain supplier registration and onboarding for partners in compliance with client procurement policies.
              • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and researching prospective clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in RFP lifecycle management and proposal development.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Meticulous documentation and follow-up capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in bid management is a plus.
