Business Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Tax Specialist to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in reviewing and filing Business tax returns, including Form 1065, 1120, and 1120s. The ability to research complex tax topics on a case-by-case basis is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and file Business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant tax laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of major tax laws at the IRS and state level.
  • Prepare and draft replies to Tax Notices, as well as compile required documents.
  • Coordinate with state tax authorities and the IRS as needed.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to expand tax department operations.
