Senior Elevator Systems Specialist

The role of an Pulse and Energy Engineer is pivotal in developing innovative elevator solutions that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough traffic analysis using specialized software to ensure design requirements are met.
- Preparing detailed traffic analysis presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Participating in design review meetings and workshops to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Compiling traffic analysis summaries for stakeholder approval and providing input on project feasibility.
- Developing Civil Dimension matrices for finalized lift configurations, ensuring dimensions meet specifications.
- Preparing and presenting Design Brief Reports to clients, outlining key project objectives and scope.
- Utilizing e-Comply/Excel to prepare specifications based on approved Design Brief Reports.
- Coordinating with drafting teams to submit tender drawings after checking for conformity.
- Supporting clients during vendor discussions and working closely with the e-Comply/Specification management team to evaluate vendor technical ratings.
- Collaborating with drafting teams, clients, and vendors to obtain GAD approval.
- Monitoring and maintaining regularly updated performance data, identifying areas for improvement.
- Cooperating during internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Ensuring all project stage completion documents are submitted before proceeding to the next stage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/Electronics/Civil engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in the elevator industry.
- Proficient in reading VHT GA drawings and familiar with Lifts and Escalator installation/commissioning/maintenance.
- Excellent technical understanding of elevator, escalator, and advanced people flow solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2017 or higher and Microsoft 365 (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
